Customs Clearance Information

For smooth customs clearance, we recommend entering your Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) when ordering.

Exchanges and Refunds

Exchanges and returns are possible within 7 days of receiving the product.

Exchanges and returns are only possible if the product is unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
Trying on indoors (for size verification) is allowed, but if there are signs of outdoor wear, it may be restricted.

In case of product defect or incorrect delivery, it will be processed promptly after verification.
