RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We carefully inspect 및 pack 전체 상품 before shipment to ensure 상품 품질.

주문 can only be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

We will offer a replacement or compensation depending on 해당 situation.

  1. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days after confirmation.

Refund processing time may vary depending on 귀사의 bank or 결제 method (typically 3–15 business days).

  1. Return Conditions

All returned items must be:

• Unused 및 in original condition
• In original packaging
• 및 all tags attached

For hygiene reasons, underwear, 란제리, 및 스타킹 are non-returnable unless there is a 품질 issue.

  1. 배송 Costs

If 해당 issue is caused by 상품 품질 or 당사의 mistake, we will cover 해당 배송 cost.

For other reasons (such as 사이즈, 색상 preference, or change of mind), return 배송 costs are borne by 해당 buyer.
