RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We carefully inspect ＆ pack all products before shipment to ensure product quality.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Kindly provide clear photos of issue so 当店の team can review ＆ resolve it quickly.

We will offer a replacement or compensation depending on situation.

  1. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days after confirmation.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment method (typically 3–15 business days).

  1. Return Conditions

All returned items must be:

• Unused ＆ の original condition
• In original packaging
